About

Built for the room where the RFP gets written

This site is the takeaway from a moderated panel at DigiCol Annual Conference 2026 in Pittsburgh: “Same Destination, Different Maps: Creating Alignment in Institutional–Vendor Partnerships”, Monday, October 19, 2026, 11:15 AM ET.

Institutions rely on external partners for everything from extra capacity to complex, high-stakes work. Those partnerships usually start with shared goals and good intentions. They succeed or stall on alignment, not effort. The panel brought higher ed and partner perspectives together to compare how each side defines success, anticipates constraints, and resets when conditions change.

When to use it

Before an RFP is finalized, at kickoff, as a recurring health check, and whenever a partnership needs a reset. The Question Builder sorts the questions by those four stages.

What this site keeps

No accounts and no tracking cookies. The Question Builder keeps your choices in its own link. Compare Maps saves each comparison under a random six-character link. It stores each person’s side, the role they typed, their ratings, and any notes; no names or emails. Anyone with the link can see that comparison, so share it only with the people on your project.

No AI inside

Everything here is fixed content and simple rules. The same choices always produce the same questions.
